“Spaghetti” doesn’t have to be such a carb-loaded, diet-devastating meal. Well, that is if you have Spaghetti SQUASH. The stringy squash can be prepared easily and quickly without any mess (since you cook it in its own container). Treat it like spaghetti- adding pasta sauce and even turkey meatballs, and you will feel satisfied and stuffed. Oh, did I mention that the squash is also only 46 calories per cup (compared to 200 calories for a cup of plain spaghetti). YUM!
